Privacy Policy of RummyJax

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion by either:

  • Sending us an email at support@rummyjax.com
  • Raising a request in the app: go to Support > Account > Others > Delete My Account.

We will verify the request (e.g., via your registered mobile number) before proceeding.

2. What Gets Deleted

Upon successful deletion, we will permanently remove from our systems all your personal information, including:

  • KYC data
  • Submitted reports and images
  • Account details and profile data

This includes anything that can identify you personally. You will no longer be able to access your account. This action is irreversible once completed.

3. What Is Retained

We will not delete transactional or other account activity information that we are required to retain for regulatory, compliance, taxation, or audit purposes. Such data may be retained in accordance with applicable laws, and where possible, will be stored in a non-identifiable or anonymized form.

4. Reactivation / Reuse of Same Mobile Number

If you create a new account using the same mobile number after deletion, your old account skeleton will be reactivated.

  • Because all personal data was deleted, you will need to resubmit KYC and other required information.
  • Previous personal content (reports, images, etc.) will not be restored.

5. Final Notes

  • Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
  • Backups or logs that may temporarily contain residual data will be purged in line with our internal retention schedule (not exceeding 90 days unless legally required otherwise).
  • This deletion cannot be undone once completed.
